During renovations, I had stuff everywhere (even outside). I decided I wanted a fire pit area in a spot, but the spot was “taken”. I needed to get to work organizing my firewood, so I’d have a place for our fire pit.

Installing and Edging Landscape Beds – This Old Dean House
Last year, this bed was an emergency project (disaster). This year, it was only slightly better. So, this year I reshaped everything and installed a clean edge. I have it in good shape now and ready for fall planting. Next year, we will no longer be an embarrassment to our community! LOL
Daytrip! Destin to Navarre Beach
While we visited Destin, we took a day trip over to Navarre Beach to see the longest pier in the Gulf (and to find the most peaceful beach in the Panhandle just past Navarre). Navarre Beach had a relaxed vibe. We’ll probably visit the area again one day.
