Water: “I think I’ll run down this hill and into this building since the owner has left the surrounding dirt area HIGHER THAN THE SLAB?!?”
Joey: “Hmm…you make a good point, Water! Maybe I should fix that!”
Joey: [gets out tractor, bucket, and box blade and works on building grade leveling until Prior Property Owner and Water are put in their place!]
