We took our very first RV trip once the COVID quarantine lifted back in mid May. We went to go see Port Royal State Park in Clarksville, TN. We hiked around and explored it fully. While we were in town, we also hit a few other places on our list (including Liberty Park).  We hiked the Liberty Park Lake Loop. There is more to see in Clarksville [a bit surprised to say that?!?] so we’ll be going back!

Our short-term RV goal is to visit all the Tennessee state parks as we learn the ropes RV’ing.  Then as we get more experience with RV travel, we’ll branch out and take longer journeys!  This was our first official trip and our first official state park visit (at least on an RV trip).

Port Royal State Park is a pretty little park, but it ranks low on my list because it is small. Also because the covered, wooden bridge that used to be there no longer exists. [sad face emoji]
