Camping in the blazing hot Tennessee Summer without working AC?!?  Not advised!  In July we went to Bledsoe Creek State Park (in Gallatin, Tennessee).  This was our first state park camping in our RV.  It was extremely hot on the weekend we went.  It was 98 degrees (the hottest weekend of 2020).  We hiked the Shoreline Trail and the High Ridge Trail (and some other smaller ones) inside the park.  They were very pretty.  Our RV’s AC had a meltdown (on our third trip in it) and caused us a fairly drastic change of plans.  It didn’t stop us from having a great trip, however.  Good memories always drown out the bad ones!

Our goal is to visit all of then Tennessee State Parks.  We keep track of our journey here: https://deanorolls.com/travel/deanos-favorite-tn-state-parks/
