The goal on our 6th day in the Great Smoky Mountains was to do the hike to Abrams Falls (our final waterfall hike of the trip). We hit the road early with Emily helping with filming (after some quick training). We made a quick pitstop at The Sinks. Then we got to the hike via the Cades Cove Loop. I intended to swim at the falls but chickened out. After the big hike, we did a short hike to Elijah Oliver’s Place. The weather held up so we drove over to Townsend for a quick hot fudge cake sundae. We finished our busy, exploring day at Tuckaleechee Caverns.
