TN KY Thresherman’s Show – Adams, TN – I Took My John Deere Tractor

I used to go to this show with my granddad and cousins when I was little. I’ve not had my John Deere at the TN KY Thresherman’s Show since I was in high school (in the late 80s). Since that time I’ve restored the tractor my grandfather gave me (watch that video too). I’ve had the show in Adams, TN on my list ever since. This year I got to go. The first time in 3 decades attending with my old tractor. I got to hang out with Cousin Wayne just like in the old days. I ran (literally…like a kid) around and filmed all kinds of cool stuff (steam engines, gas engines, wheat threshing, sawmill, tractor pull, mule pull, parade). I regret I am unable to get the smell of coal-fired engines to come across in the video, but everything else is there.
