Oregon – Family Trip 2016

Throwback 2016! We flew into Portland and headed to Hood River, OR on the Columbia River. We went hiking on the Indian Creek Trail and I ate blackberries from the hillside. The next day we visited Multnomah Falls (we hiked to the top of it), Vista House, and then over the Bridge of The Gods. The next day we headed up to Timberline Lodge (famous from the movie The Shining) at Mt. Hood. We rode the Magic Mile ski lift up Mt. Hood. We then relocated to downtown Portland and I searched out Voodoo Doughnut. From there we spent the next day up the Oregon coast. We stopped at Tillamook Creamery, then on to Cannon Beach, and saw Haystack Rock. We ended up in Astoria for dinner then headed back to Portland. We ended our trip at Pop’s cabin in New Mexico.
