I’ve worked in different industries in my career. Working in the home care industry has been meaningful for me. Work that is important to clients and employees is the best work I’ve found.
8 years ago, when we started Bluebird Homecare our goal was to be THE provider AND employer of choice in the markets we serve. We use a third-party company, HomeCarePulse, to poll our clients and employees to ensure we are delivering on that mission.
I’m proud to say that our team is delivering on the mission! This year, 6 out of 6 offices received recognition (as Best Of Homecare) and 1 received the highest recognition (Leader In Excellence, meaning they are in the top 5-10% of all agencies nationwide).
We take client and employee satisfaction seriously. We also have a lot of Google Reviews and Caring.com reviews to prove it.
I am lucky to work with great people who CARE about what they do. A lot of hard work goes into making it all come together every day. Most days don’t feel like award winners! HA! Regardless, doing work that matters makes it easy to get up and go to work every day!
