Fort Donelson National Battlefield

I’ve been to Fort Donelson National Battlefield a few times. Usually just passing through or with a bunch of kids in tow. I’ve never taken the time to take in the history of the place. We have a goal of visiting all the national artifacts and this is one (a national battlefield). So, I went back and did it ‘officially’ while we were in the area. Poor Emily got dragged along on my app-led history expedition.
